This is SO much better as a cold-brew! I steeped it for about 36 hours since I wasn’t home last night. A looooong steep!

The berries are actually the strongest flavor- MUCH stronger than in the hot brew. I also get a maple flavor, which I tasted none of at all before. I get a slight oolong taste, not enough to really discern the characteristics of.

Maybe I should cold-brew the last of mine. I wasn’t particularly fond of it hot.

It would be worth a shot! I have a lot of it, since I bought it before I learned to try teas in smaller quantities first.

I run, I sing, I drink tea. That’s the best description I have of me.

I’ve always enjoyed tea, but have just started trying out a lot more loose teas and varied brands. I’m really excited about a site like steepster so I can read about what people think about different teas.

Oh and I really hate Lipton tea. There’s something just awful about it and I can’t understand why nearly every local diner only has Lipton.

Also I’m on the search for a full-bodied, fruity blackberry tea. So if you have any suggestions feel free to throw them my way! :-)
