55 Tasting Notes
It’s taken me awhile to appreciate this tea. The rum flavor is not at all strong, which is a shame. After drinking nearly a full cannister, I think that maybe I can taste the rum. That might be a figment of my imagination, though. A solid mild, non-offensive tea.
I don’t like this as well as I like Adagio’s straight up chocoloate tea. I’m not entirely sure what the difference is, except that this one tastes a bit faker and less smooth than the chocolate. I’m still quite willing to drink it, but purchasing-wise, I go for the chocolate.
An absolutely delightful caramel-flavored black tea. This tea has just the right amount of sweetness (it doesn’t taste sugary), and has a distinct caramel flavor, which doesn’t obscure the flavor of the tea itself. I have purchased this tea several times, and continue to keep it on my shopping list.
A very tasty tea- light, with a flavorful tropical fruit taste. Mighty Leaf calls this “a good introduction to green tea” and in many ways that’s true- the flavor of the green tea is not so strong, and it’s tempered by the tropical fruits. This is a good, slow introduction to the flavor of green tea.
