From Christine Dattner Paris

Black tea from China flavored with bergamot and dotted with blueberry flowers. A must….

Black tea is an antioxidant, it fights diseases of the cardiovascular system by reducing the risk of myocardial infarction by 10%. Black tea flavonoids could help curb the progression of osteoporosis in women. It is also rich in calcium. You can find all this information and much more in the book “The colors of tea” by Christine Dattner.

Tea is rich in fluoride, so it fights against the appearance of dental caries. It contains vitamins A, B, C, E, and K, trace elements, minerals, in more or less significant ways depending on the color of the tea.

2nd tasting of this tea and I think I steeped for 5+ minutes; although stronger, it is still very smooth! The subtle floral and blueberry flavors are still there but not as noticeable this time around; this might be because I over-steeped or because I just ate some funyuns. Will have to make another note later.
