Intended to be a one time limited offering in celebration of our local peach festival, requests for more of this blend were steady. Drawing on inspiration from peach cobbler ala mode, this blend is made using dried peaches, Peach Oolong, organic Vanilla Black, organic cinnamon bark chips and nutmeg powder. As Nicholas Cage once said “I can eat a peach for hours”.

Part of the matcha madness this month. The dry leaf smells amazing and much like a pie. The first steep tasted very cobbler-like, cinnamon and nutmeg and vanilla. Not so much peach. The second steep is just a muted version of the first. A nice cuppa, not sure I’d purchase.
