“Subtle flavor, but complex, with grassy and floral, almost fruity tones. A touch of malt. Lingering sweetness. Rich, smooth mouthfeel. An excellent, smooth, and well-balanced tea.” Read full tasting note
The dry leaves of this very carefully hand-picked and hand-rolled tea are a mixture of light to dark greens with some yellows & orange-browns and a scattering of beautiful, fuzzy silver buds, and they carry a gently sweet, green aroma. The beautifully clear infusion is a light, bright amber color with a lovely floral perfume. In the cup, this tea is light and bright with a very very low astringency and a delicate floral flavor that lingers beautifully in the aftertaste.
