From Shang Tea

A masterful blend of our fine Winter Dew White Tea with fragrant orange petals and zest, the smooth undertones of the white tea help to balance the palate of citrus notes.

In China, winter dew white tea and orange blossom is often used for medicinal value, lower cholesterol and blood pressure.

I am really beginning to like this tea a lot. What a turn around. From initially thinking it was like Orange Pledge to being something I crave. It’s not a sweet tea, it’s lightly bitter and I think that’s what I like about it. The same thing that draws me into drinking tonic water plain; its got a little bite to it.

The trick with this one is hotter water and SHORT steeps. And I need to get back to Shang Tea to buy more of this.

Smells of sour citrus. Tastes sour, bitter. I hate this tea. Discarded the rest of my stock. I only managed one sip of the cup I made.

Super Starling!

I tried an orange blossom green and loathed it, too. Why wouldn’t orange blossoms smell amazing? What’s the science behind something so good-sounding failing so hard?

Thank you Nicole for your generous sample.
I made this tea without reading reviews. I thought that it would be light white citrus tea. Nope. this tea is bitter. smells floral, even kind of jasmine to me. after reading the review i increased the temp from 175F to 200F. maybe like 5 sec steep. the bitterness increased. im not used to such tea so i cannot fully appreciated it. therefore no rating
