This one has been needing a sipdown for a while, its not a bad tea, but does have a bite to the aftertaste so it hasn’t been one I reach for. For a blend, its quite balanced, would go well with a little honey, and certainly seems it has enough caffeine for any morning brew. I wouldn’t buy it again, and I’ll probably leave it in the cupboard until I need a brisk morning cup again.

Advent day….. ? It’s 2020 so I’ve lost count already. We are in December and I can tell that because it’s advent month. :P

Breakfasty, hearty and malty! I tried taking a few sips of this plain and it was a little too much tannin. Adding the soy creamer made it a little too sweet, but drinkable. A lot of the flavor gets muted by the creamer, but I still get a little taste of the tea if I focus. This first cup of the day slid down before I knew it. Hopefully it packs the caffeine punch that I need this morning and expect with a name like Morning Sunshine!
