The body is light in weight but retains a firm and satisfying density. The presence of the ginger is softened by the sweetbread character of the dark tea. Steep it longer to draw out more spice.

Ingredients: dark tea, black tea, ginger, dandelion root, turmeric, cinnamon, orange peel

Steeping Instructions: 4 grams | 10-12 oz water | 212°F | Steep 3 min.
