Black Tea, very pleasant aroma, good start to a day cup of tea.
Preparation: Bring water to boil, approx. 212 Fahrenheit. Measure one level tsp. of loose tea into infuser or strainer over cup for each cup. Pour prepared water over tea and let steep for 4-5 minutes. Re-infuse a second time for a stronger brew.
