5 Tasting Notes
Surprisingly good. Short steep time.
Not one of my favorites. I usually avoid drinking it ‘straight up’. I’ve been adding two bags of it to some organic rooibos to add some tannin and caffeine to iced tea. Works well enough there.
This tea is my introduction to Houjicha, and I’m ready for more.
Stocking up on this fall-time tea, and waiting for this August heat to be past us. As far as flavored blacks teas go, this one is probably my favorite. Looking forward to drinking this with autumn leaves and pumpkin carving.
