I don’t know why I continue to order tea at a diner, because I always end up with this. And it’s awful. I force myself to drink it, bitter taste and all, because it’s sitting in front of me. And forget getting a second cup out of it. It’s weak and bitter, and not enjoyable in the slightest.

I guess it’s better than coffee, at least. (That… isn’t saying much.)

I agree. Unfortunately, I seem to need tea with breakfast so when I go out for breakfast, I’m forced to have this. Lemon can help although that isn’t always available so I’m stuck using milk. With good teas, I drink it straight.

I’ll have to try lemon – I never add anything to my tea (mainly fear of messing it up), but there’s not much you can do to mess this one up :P
