I brewed an experimental iced tea that’s ~70% green tea and 30% African rooibos and it turned out to be ridiculously delicious! One of the best iced teas I’ve ever tasted, who would’ve thunk it!

Awesome. I’ll have to give this a try. What style of green tea did you use?
I used Adagio’s green decaf apricot… rooibos disguised apricot flavor, but was delicious… I used honey as the sweetener.
Let me know what you thought of it if you try it…
I just brewed green anji and rooibos in a hot tea. It is pretty awesome. It’s a lighter version of rooibos in a way.
