I’ve had a hard time finding a good bedtime tea because they all have chamomile in them and I’m allergic to chamomile. I’ve really been enjoying this herbal infusion- it tastes good and is nice and relaxing. My kids also really love it.

Love it! It’s excellent iced. Make sure you’re using the right temperature of water. This tea definitely gets bitter if the water is too hot, much more so than a lot of green teas.
