Andrews and Dunham/Damnfinetea.com question

Does anyone know how many oz. are in the tins at damnfinetea.com? I am looking at their dragonwell and can’t find the ounce information anywhere. Thanks!

The Chinese New Year Dragonwell is 4 ounces.

4.4 technically. They really make you search for it but it’s on the Thirsty Elf Elixir, which is the same size. Bottom left logo.

On my tin of Dragonwell, it says 4 ounces, not 4.4

Actually, I think it varies. For the large teas, the tin-size is the same, but:
http://damnfinetea.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=5&products_id=14
Their Tiger Assam is listed as 4.4oz (as seen in the title)
Thirsty Elf is also 4.4oz (as seen in the logo on the tin, as Batrachoid pointed out)
However,
http://damnfinetea.com/index.php?main_page=product_info&cPath=4&products_id=8
Series 4 (Year of the Tiger yunnan) is listed as 5oz (as seen in title).

It’s probably just a matter of how much tea they were able to get into each tin, or something.

Who knows why they don’t list the mass for all the large tins (they do for all the small-tin series’).

Did you end up getting it? I just bought a tin as a gift. Just wondering what you thought of it if you did buy it.

I haven’t yet (there was a goof up with my paycheck last pay period) but that should be fixed soon. ;)
