This is a nice, delicate tea but can’t go all the way to the top based on it’s over-sweetness. White teas are in general a lovely and sweet tea, somehow the blending on this one made it inch towards too sweet. The vanilla taste is lost in the overall “sweet”, a shame since I love vanilla. This is very much a dessert kind of tea, although I’d have it with a more savoury dessert (a custard with balsamic vinegar, for instance) rather than with a cake.

It’s a decent mint tea, although I’m also not able to taste the tarragon. Like many other Tazo teas it’s acceptable for when you don’t have something better. I suggest adding fresh mint in the cup when making it for additional strength.
I’m going to miss this so much. It’s one of my favourites. Sweet, delicate, a dessert in a cup.
This one is more hit or miss than a lot of them. It’s good, but it’s fussy. Some days the cup is perfect, some days it just doesn’t quite live up to its smell.

A really tasty chai, the one that gave me my love of green chai. It’s a perennial favourite.
This isn’t a bad tea, but I can’t say that it’s great either. It’s a tea that doesn’t live up to it’s scent. The smell of it is warm and comforting and really entrancing, but the taste ends up a little bit musty on the tongue. By the end of the tin I’m just wanting to simmer it on the stove and use it for pot-pourri.
Until I ran into Teavana’s Almond Biscotti this was my favourite almond tea. It’s very, very good and I would still never turn it down.

This is what my roommate prefers for iced tea. I’ll drink it if everything else is gone. It’s better than no tea at all, anyway.
A tea to drink when you just need a cup, but it is to the better teas like cheap wine is to expensive.
This tea needs to be watched very carefully. Brewed just long enough and it’s a rich, flavourful drink. Over brewed even a little bit and it’s pretty much undrinkable.
It’s worth drinking if you don’t have a better chai, or if you’re out with coffee drinkers.

One of my favourite chai drinks! It’s a pleasant taste, although I do like my chai a little spicier than most I find that if you steep it longer it deepens in complexity without becoming bitter.
