Tazo Rest has a slightly sweet and mellow flavor. This blend is not acidic like many herbal teas that are caffeine free and described as citrisy. Chamomile tea has never had a relaxing or sedative effect on me. Plus, I find the chamomile flavor deadly dull. I’ve had a difficult time finding this tea and read this flavor has been disconinued.
