Trying a new brewing method for oolongs.
First brew was 15 seconds and dumped.
Drinking second brew at 30 seconds.
Very good iced, though not as good as the Honeybush Mango.
Made 4 cups total, and used 2 tbsp of honey to sweeten the batch.
ICED! Delicious! I made 4 cups with 2 tbsp of honey to lightly sweeten the batch. Came out fantastic, and is actually a little sweeter than I thought it would be. Maybe I’ll go with 2 tbsp of honey next time.

I love Silver Needle, and this just kicks it up an extra notch. A light, flowery smell with a light flavor.

Don’t know how I feel about this one. It’s a very orange flavor, but with a bit of spice to it. May be a bit too fruity for my tastes.
