The tea leaves are whithered with cold frosty air to remove moisture from the fresh leaves and slowly heat dried to perfection, creating long twisted tender leaves which lock in their unique flavor. The result is an aromatic brew with flavors reminiscent of fresh baked bread and sliced apple. A must for any seasoned tea drinker.
