Gunpowder (Zhucha)
This traditional preparation of tea leaf was named for its resemblance to grains of gunpowder (an explosive). The tightly bundled dry leaf retains much of the vital flavor of the plant, and yields a full flavored, pristine cup of green tea. A reliable choice for fans of green tea.
