From Mariage Frères

Native of Mucha, not far from the capital Taipei, this neo-Blue Tea™ from the Ti Kuan Yin family is marked by a short oxidisation process and will surely satisfy the new fans of light green oolongs who are looking for an alternative to the classic woody, roasted flavour.

Leaves : green and tightly rolled

Nose : reminiscent of dried leaves and flowers

Liquor : an intensely floral bouquet hovers above the golden-green liquor – forest flowers, hyacinth, and honeysuckle expand into the lightly sugared notes of young grape and almond. Silky in the mouth, the tannins charm the palate. Grassy tones crown the long, pleasant finale.
