I developed Butter Cookie as an alernative tea for Coconut Vanilla Chai for my customers. At craft festivals, customers would love the taste of Coconut Vanilla Chai but did not like the dried coconut. So Butter Cookie was my way of appeasing them with a delicious cookie!
