Generally lighter tea, blended with Assam and light Ceylon broken teas with proportion of golden tips, which gives this tea a copper-coloured cup and sweet, almost honeyed flavour. Has a full-bodied, strong and very refreshing taste. Suitable for hard water areas.
Ideal with full fat or semi-skimmed milk and suitable with a light savory meals at the tea-time.
Brewing method: Brew 1 teaspoon in 1 cup of water at 100C/203F and infuse for 3-4 min
