Decent oolong. Surprisingly resilient to over-steeping (one of my bad habits).
Delicate ‘semi-fermented’ Oolong is halfway between black and green teas and is naturally the most exotic tasting tea in the world. This Formosa Oolong has a wonderful chestnut aroma with a dry, floral flavour and natural tea-leaf sweetness. Best brewed very light and drunk without milk.
