70 Tasting Notes
About a year ago, I decided that I was only going to buy clothes that I was obsessed with and couldn’t stop thinking about, so that eventually every morning that I got dressed would be an exciting event. I made this same type of decision last night about food and drink: to really, really WANT everything I eat or drink, from now on. Not only that, but to feel like it will only make me feel great afterward, rather than sluggish or regretful. It’s working so far!
One of the things I do when I’m stressed and overworked is eat lots of salty foods. Today featured an entire container of hummus and 3 sushi rolls (full sodium soy sauce included!). To balance out this dehydration, I’m on my 2nd cup of white peach tea. 1.20 in the morning and my soul is a little glowy while I type type type away.
