It’s been awhile hasn’t it. May and June have been how you say “busy” with travelling for vacation in Edmonton. Although it was only ten days, scheduling the trip in the middle of the month makes it seem a whole lot longer. Wouldn’t you agree? While staying at the West Edmonton Mall I arrived just on the release date of the Summer Collection so the next few posts are going to reflect that. Hope you’re ready. :)
I have never tried passion fruit before so when I found out that David’s Tea was coming out with one for the summer I was very curious suffice to say of what it was going to taste like. At a first glance the soft rose hue of the elixir was enough to give a hint of what to expect but wow. It was sweet and light like one of those tropical flower petals.
The passion fruit gave it a very refreshing edge and made each sip a joy to the palate. It wasn’t too sweet and it wasn’t too tart. On the whole it was very cooling to drink both on the vacation and when we had that heat wave a week back. I can say for certain that cold or hot you’ll enjoy all the subtle nuances of this tisane. Cheers!

What did you do while you were there, if you don’t mind my asking? I’m from there so I can’t imagine doing much other than shop and visit Muttart Conservatory haha
I don’t mind. :) Besides the mall which has a great amusement park, sea lion show, concert stage and wave pool I went to the Muttart Conservatory. As well as the TELUS World of Science to see their Body Works exhibit.
Other than those attractions I went to see Iron Man 3, Hangover 3 and Star Trek into Darkness at the theatre. I’m not really a big shopper unless it is books or tea so films were my thing overall. Right up there with the chance to take a lot of pictures at the conservatory. I always love nature photography when I can get the chance. :)
Body Works is cool, and shows what happens to your lungs when you smoke. Never saw so many black lungs! :P
The text books don’t compare to seeing the displays up close that I can agree with. It was all very interactive which I liked a lot. :)

Great call on Telus World of Science! I’m glad to hear you checked out Muttart too. That’s the great part about WEM if you’re not a shopper. There are other things to do there. I’m happy you packed all of that into your vacation!
