Recently brought some of my teas from Utah to Los Angeles. Living on a boat so humidity now is much better. This year was very enjoyable and nuanced today. Still very sweet, but there was a creamy characteristic today. Ever so very slight astringency on first infusion, subsequent infusion brought out a creamy and floral… Not flowery, but almondy almond blossom vibe. Thoroughly enjoyable. Recently started drinking tea again so it will be fun to see what comes down the line in less bone dry conditions.

I’ve been drinking tea for about 15 years now. I started out with a couple of orders from Harney and Son and some local vendors and living in Utah good local tea vendors are very hard to come by… makes me think we might need another one, maybe mine?
