8 Tasting Notes
I tried Guayusa on a trip in Ecuador back in 2008. I loved it. The DT one seems to be completely different. I do not find it especially energizing, and the taste is bitter (tastes like dirt to me). I did not enjoy it, and won’t be trying it again.
Preparation
Best jasmine tea I ever tried. I find the jasmine amount to be perfect, since the taste of the black tea is still present.
I do think it is very balanced. It’s a wonderful tea. Expensive, but worth it. My favorite DT black tea of all time!
Preparation
I love this tea! The violet smell and taste isn’t too strong, which is great, because it still tastes like tea. It is not bitter at all, very soft, a little bit sweet.
I drink it in the morning, no sugar, no milk, and it is a pure joy.
Preparation
I love this spearmint tea iced! It is absolutely delicious. I do recommend adding a little bit of sugar and not steeping it for too long. The spearmint smells wonderful and tastes great.
I tried it as a sample in the Kusmi Tea shop (Montreal) and have been addicted ever since.
Green tea usually makes me sick (heart palpitations) but this one seems to be fine.
The box looks lovely, which counts a lot for me!
Great tea, overall. Reminds me of the Moroccan tea I drank a while ago, with fresh mint.
