I needed comfort tea today. On a whim I gave this a little rinse, and steeped it for maybe three minutes and added milk, a splash of coffee and some sugar. Now this is what a coffee puerh blend should be! SO GOOD. David’s tea, take note. No fish note or overly strong flavours. Perfectly creamy cocoa coffee. Mmmmm. Will see what I do with the next infusion…
