This tea sounded interesting, and there’s so many raving reviews about it that I had to give it a go.
When it’s dry I really get the vanilla more so than coconut, as well as the rum. What I like is that it’s more of the typical rum flavouring, without any bite from the alcohol.
After the water is added it gets even more smooth, with hints of butterscotch. The first time I made it, I used a bit less than 1.25 tsp with like 1 1/4 cup of water and I wanted the flavour stronger. So I made it with almost 2 tsps of tea the next time and it was perfect!
I don’t feel too bad using more tea than I usually would, because 100 grams of this fills your tin AND there’s a few cups left over in the bag.
