This is the last of this tea. Perhaps the last in the rest of the world. Do I lament its passing? Maybe slightly, if only for its uniqueness. But you only have to realize that this can be the same with any tea. Your ordinary English Breakfast, perhaps you can’t taste it, but someone out there notices the changes from year to year. And my biggest lament this year is for the number of tea fields that are being switched to tencha due to the craze.
This company went out of business in 2020. So this blend is… old. Sorry. But still pretty pungent. I chewed on separate ingredients to figure out what all was in here. The eucalyptus has not lost its touch. Overall, this is a nice blend. But I won’t miss it.
