A very smooth, calming, and “easy” tea. Great for just kicking back and relaxing. The smell tastes just like a peach, and the taste isn’t as prominent in taste peach-wise, but it’s still very much so peachy.

Wasn’t sure if peach would work well with the classic Sleepytime herbs. Turns out that it does. It’s a perfectly pleasant, caffeine-free cuppa. The peach flavoring is nice and light, perfumey in a dreamy sort of way, and mingles with the spearmint wonderfully. I think they used yellow cling peaches. It tastes genuine and isn’t overpowering. I still smell the chamomile, lemongrass, and orange blossoms and taste them.

I drank two cups of it this afternoon at work with my Peanut Butter Cookie Larabar. Sleepytime tea doesn’t make me sleepy unless it’s Sleepytime Extra, but this did help settle my stomach and relax me (Thursdays tend to be stressful at my job).

Turns out that the trick to not overindulging at dinner is to drink fluids during the day and keep snacking on healthy stuff every few hours instead of eating three big, spaced-out meals. It’s a very different eating habit than my culture encourages, but I think I can make it work. Herbal teas will be my friend for this changeover.

At $2 for the box, this was a great find! Would buy again.

Chamomile tea has been growing on me, slowly but surely. I needed a cheap night time herbal tea so I bought a box of this. Checked the ingredients and no soy or artificial flavoring so into the cart it went. First cup was delicious, light chamomile with just a hint of peach, not to artificial tasting either. I steep mine two teabags to about 18 to 20 oz of water in one of those cast iron tea pots and add just a hint of sugar. It’s 3 am and I think I might go brew a pot now, it’s calling and relaxing, but doesn’t necessarily put me to sleep, sleep is more restful though when I do drink it.

The Sleepytime varieties that I’ve tried taste almost the same to me. The only difference is the smell. This smells wonderful, very peachy. I taste a bit of peach if I’m paying attention. Otherwise, just another chamomile blend herbal tea.

I sleep terribly, so I own a few decaf teas. This is the one I drink on nights that I’m pretty sure are on their way to going poorly.
Tonight is such a night; I was overstimulated with hiking, friends, an inadvisable amount of alcohol, a scary video game, and the possibility of a crazy 4th of July tomorrow.
Unbeknownst to me, this fallback tea has been slowly creeping its way up to one of my favorites. It’s so peachy, warm, and comforting. It’s like a sweet bedtime story before bed. I’m 31; I don’t really remember bedtime stories. But my parents are un-crappy, so I imagine they read them to me. And I imagine they felt good.
This is a lovely, snoozy, calming tea. Goodnight, loved ones.

In the box, the bags have a peach and chamomile smell, with a hint of mint. Taste wise, I definitely pick up on the peach and chamomile. It’s a smooth, caffeine free tea. While I have about half of the box to go, I probably won’t get this again as there are other chamomile blends that I prefer for relaxing.

Uh, so the ingredient list on my box of tea has a lot more than spearmint with flavoring in it. In fact, there’s no spearmint? Color me confused.

I’d call this a peach camomile, but whatever. It’s tasty.

Comforting and refreshing. I love the combination of peach and spearmint. Leaves me drowsy and content.
