Candy in liquid form.
It’s very similar to American Tea Room’s Choco*Late except it’s more robust and I think I enjoy it slightly more – however, the downside is that it has caffeine and ATR’s doesn’t.

Interesting… unlike most coconut teas you can taste the coconut. The chocolate is also strong, and the combination of the two makes a faintly soapy aftertaste – not unpleasant, just unusual! I will have to try this again before rating – it’s not exactly what I expected, and I’m not sure if I like it yet!

I am so surprised at how much I like this tea. I got it as part of an ESP Flavored Tea Sampler “Chocolate Infusion” and I wasn’t expecting much. To me it comes across as a combination of hot chocolate and light coffee. I only added my usual teaspoon of sugar and WOW! My taste buds were very happy. I consider it to be a great dessert tea.

The tea smells good, although it reminds me of an artificially flavored chocolate. I’m still a tea-tasting novice, so I can’t add much. The flavors do combine smoothly, though I’m not sure how the tea can be “creamy” as others have described.

I can’t taste the chocolate or coconut that makes up this tea, but there are definitely essences of sweetness.

I have to assume this is the company for the tea I have (it’s just labeled “Bon Bon”). I also think it might be from CHAroma, which would make sense given the below tasting notes. Anyhow – coconut. While rifling through the same box where I found a couple misplaced Butikis, I saw the coconut and figured at worst, this would be a quick toss. I was yet again surprised that the coconut didn’t smell off, so gave it a chance with a brew. Turns out, the coconut is juuuust turning a little soapy, but it’s not too bad, probably because the tea otherwise is surprisingly tasty. Other people’s notes remarked that it’s a thin sort of chocolate flavour here, and I would agree, but I’m actually appreciating it for whatever reason. I believe I did try this tea when I originally received it (and just didn’t review it); I’d be so curious to know my thoughts from that time! As is, I’m going to give it a decent rating because it’s still fairly enjoyable, and the coconut is entirely my fault. I think there’s a cup’s worth left; I may pluck out the coconut pieces to minimize soapiness before sipping this down.
