Who would equate Colombia and tea? Most would not, however we do have the advantage of having Elvira Cardenas as a tea taster. And she is a very good one. So when she said someone in her country made good tea, we gave it a try. The company calls itself Himalaya, as it is up in mountains of Colombia and respects tea traditions. We chose a black and green tea. They are both quite tasty and worth a try.
