This tea is made of large fruit pieces. A lot of strawberry and apple pieces. It smells like dried strawberries and apples. Brewed the tea does not taste like cheesecake but very similar to strawberry shortcake. It is sweet, I added 2 small pieces of rock sugar. There is a light, spongey cake type flavor to it. Like angel food. Not sure which ingredient is giving it that taste. I am surprised with this one. Better than I expected.

Lots of big pieces of fruits here, and it smells tasty. Not really like cheesecake, but tasty. The strawberry and apple are quite prominent with a lingering cake-ness in the background. This tea is really yummy for a herbal, but I’m not so sure the name suits it.
