Plucking Standard:

One bud with one or two leaves

Dry leaf:
Tightly curled tea leaves, blackish green color with white hairs

Aroma:
A delicious mixed aroma of bean and flower

Liquor:
Bright yellowish green

Refreshing and sweet taste; thick texture and long-lasting bean aroma
