The lemon and ginger flavors seem to be pretty evenly balanced in this tea. I love lemon tea and the ginger is a nice addition. I don’t drink this too frequently, but it’s nice for a weekday evening when I need something hot and decaf.
5 Tasting Notes
I bought a sample of this a few months ago. I tried it once when it arrived and didn’t finish the cup. I tried to drink it, but I just couldn’t get used to the taste – kind of harsh and chemical-ish. I want to try it again before I throw it out – to experiment with steeping time – but I haven’t gotten around to it yet.
I ordered this as part of Adagio’s white flavors sampler. It’s not my favorite, but I still enjoy it when I want a lighter, less caffeinated tea. If the tangerine/citrus flavor was more pronounced, I think I would like it more.
Probably my favorite of the four Adagio flavored whites that I’ve tried. I love blueberry tea, so I enjoy the light berry flavor of this tea.
I’m not usually a huge fan of Earl Grey, but this one is outstanding. I love the strong bergamot flavor and can never get enough!
