This is an absolute favorite of mine! The combination of blueberry, peony and pomegranate could not be more divine! I find it almost impossible to over-steep this delightful treasure. I usually toss in about two teaspoons, and if I’m using the same leaves again, I’ll add just one more teaspoon.
It’s fantastic on its own, but now and then I stir in just a bit of agave to sweeten it up. I haven’t tried it, but I think it would also be a wonderful chilled tea.
Regardless, I went out on a limb to try it and oh my goodness am I ever addicted to it. Cleaning out a tin of it in less than a month speaks for itself, I think!
