I’m a 30-something IT professional that’s taken an interest in tea because I don’t much care for coffee, and I wanted an alternative to sodas for my caffeine intake.

Loose-leaf teas have opened my eyes to a whole new obsession. The process of proper heating & steeping appeals to the orderly engineer side of my personality.
