Drank this on the way to work this morning. What a great fall tea. Nice basic black tea base with the flavor on top.
(After the tea I had a cup of pumpkin coffee. Am Really getting into FALL FALL FALL over here!)
This was a free sample I received from The Tea Gathering.
I really LOVE MAPLE. Seriously, maple is my favorite flavor. Sadly, I could not taste the maple here. It was just kind of “meh”.
Anyone know of a great Maple tea?
This note is from the two times I reached for this tea in the last 20 hours. The smell is perfectly cranberry and almond. I am pushing this score higher.
In order for me to truly enjoy a flavored black tea all the elements need to come together – flavoring, quality tea, mouthfeel, etc. In this tea the flavor is great, the tea itself tastes good and the mouthfeel does not have a sensation of artificialness.
This is a great find for me from a local teashop. I am not sure where she sources this from.

I knew this would be good the minute I measured the tea into my teapot. The dried leaves smelled sweetly of cranberry. The smell intensified after I added the water.
I enjoyed this tea on my (hour) commute. It is nothing super complex but a great fruit flavored black blend.
I got this tea from my local tea shop. I do not know where the owner sources it from.
This was my morning cup on my way to work. I purchased this from one of my favorite local teashops. I am not sure where she sources this particular tea.
The flavor is spot on with pumpkin and it makes me think of autumn. As Autumn is my favorite season it is fine with me to drink this all winter!
The flavor is not overly strong and I can taste the high quality black tea underneath.
