I tried to recharge my account but I keep getting an error message about using paypal. “PayPal gateway has rejected request. Payment has already been made for this InvoiceID…”

I have sent a message to Teavivre through the contact us page on website. Not sure if this is a problem with your site or with paypal. I have checked my paypal account and I have not made payment for this.

Sorry for the inconvenience to you, when you go to the checkout page, you should select the" Proceed to Checkout" button. Then it will work.

I was able to check out with paypal today. Teavivre emailed and said they had reset their data so paypal should be able to better connect with the site. If paypal ever doesn’t work I should be able to click proceed to checkout and then select paypal from there.
