Lupicia's Tea Honey?

Has anyone tried any of Lupicia’s “tea honey”? It sounds good, but I was just curious as to what people thought about it… thought about throwing in a jar or 2 for my next order :-D

No, but I REALLY want to try it. I was disappointed to find out RoT’s chai honey had no cha. :( Too bad they don’t have a chai flavored honey w/ Assam. :(

I haven’t tried them, but I have my eye on the Earl Grey and the Oolong honey for when I eventually place an order with Lupicia.

Earl Grey might be good in lemonade instead of sugar.

Note to Jason: My birthday is 9/19 so a steepser select for one of these w/ a little (or big! lol) discount would be nice. LOL I just couldn’t resist. TEAhehehe;)

I’ve used several of the flavors: Sakura, Momo Peach Oolong, and Christmas Carol are the most recent ones I’ve tried. They’re nice. The tea flavor isn’t super strong compared to the honey, but it’s definitely noticeable.

I mostly used them for biscuits rather than for flavoring tea, come to think of it :-p

I have my eye on the Momo and the Assam one the most, but the Sakura one intrigues me as well. Funny thing is, I really don’t care for black tea much but an Assam infused honey just sounds like it would be GOOD!

They should add chai spices in the Assam one, but I’d probably buy it as is.

Here’s an idea… does anyone know how to infuse honey with tea? Then you could have any flavor you want:)

Here is a link to make herb infused honey:

Could the tea be in place of the herbs??

Hrm. I’d try it first with dry herbs, and if those work, tea should be fine!
