10 Tasting Notes

Fusion Green and White from Stash Tea Company

I just bought this tea…fig I would try it out being that green tea is my fav and i also enjoy white. Its tasty and with a little bit of agave syrup it tastes sweet enough

Strawberry Chocolate from The Republic of Tea
37

Just a quick note to say…received this sample with my catalog this month. Felt like trying it out tonite. It is not bad, but not one of my favorites. I will drink it all b/c i wont waste a mug of tea. It has more of a chocolate smell to it that strawberry, and the smell is a lot stronger than the taste. At least i think so. I did not add sweetner to it b/c i was afraid with it being “chocolate” that it would be too sweet. Not the case. But i might just add some agave syrup here soon. Could be just a bit sweeter. Looking forward to seeing what others have to say!

Refresh from Tazo

~if you enjoy mintyness than this tea is for you :) You don’t get an over powering taste of it, but just give it a second…the burst of minty goodness follows shortly after your sip:) I prefer it this way b/c I am not a huge fan of mint flavored anything. But Tazo does a nice job of keeping it subtle but tasty!

Comforting Chamomile from Yogi Tea

ahhhh one of those days where I stayed up way too late the nite before. Woke up way too early this am and was busy ALL DAY LONG. After a hot shower and a tiny nap…this tea is a perfect way to ease the ache in my head and relax me for the rest of the day. With just a half a tsp of honey its the perfect flavor. And it does indeed have a hint of apple to it :)

Spiced Green from Adagio Teas

oooooh i dont usually like spiced anything. Its usually too much for me. But green teas are my favorite so maybe i could give this a chance!

Tension Tamer from Celestial Seasonings

I also own this tea. I wasnt sure whether or not I liked it at first. It does have a strong hint of either ginger or whatever it is. However…when i have one of those days, that is the tea i turn to. I bought it so i certainly am gonna drink it:) I also add agave to it. Actually if i ever add anything to my teas its either honey or agave. I try not to use sugar. I recommend agave. Its sweeter than sugar so u dont need a lot! Anyways…ill keep the tea. It could be psychological but i actually think it calms me down on a crazy day! :)

Dream by the Fire from The Republic of Tea

YEs, i got same sample and i did not finish it either…did about half cup and then lost interest. At least it was a freebie so cant REALLY complain

Mango Green Tea from EnjoyingTea.com

I love it! If you follow the directions and steep the way they suggest it is the perfect blend of sweet/tart:) I did not need to add anything to it. It tasted yummy just the way it was rite out of the pot!

Honey Ginseng from The Republic of Tea

We have a little British Tea Shop here in the quiet corner in CT. They serve all kinds of tea from the leaf to the bag. This I tried once and was hooked. I put just the tiniest bit of honey on with it and its the perfect flavor to me. Believe it or not the added honey doesn’t make it un bearably sweet :)

Hi there! Well I have ALWAYS enjoyed and loved tea. There are so many different kinds, I always grab a new box or bag when I hit the stores…so my cupboard is very full :) I have been a HUGE iced coffee drinker as well…which I am trying to cut down on. Once fall rolls around its on to hot teas and off the coffee!! So I saw this site on my facebook page and thought great!!! I will learn about other fun and tasty teas and then I can try them!!! I hope to do the same for others :) Im 26yrs old , I live with my b/f of 2 yrs in a nice town called Woodstock CT. (If anyone wants to venture out…there is a tea shop out here called Miss Bridges.) Its pretty well known, has been around for a while. If you’re a real connoisseur and want to try in when in CT, I recommend it! Its very cozy and they offer a food menu along with the tea and pastry menu. They sell tea and accessories and also a bit of Britsh brand foods and treats :) Here is the website, http://www.mrsbridgespantry.com/ Anyways…nice to meet everyone!!!
