106 Tasting Notes
To me, this tea is like a smoother, milder gunpowder green tea. The milky flavor definitely makes it nice and mellow – looking forward to another 3 steeps!

Liking this tea a little more today – didn’t steep it quite as long. The peach is coming out more, especially on the nose.
not bad, tastes like earl grey…
This tea is pretty solid, but I’m not sure it can replace my morning staple: Zen Tara Tea’s Black Currant. I’m getting a lot more ginger than peach, but I may have oversteeped it a bit. Will try steeping for 3 minutes next time.
one of my favorites – perfectly sweet and balanced – the essence of Summer

only one or two more cups of this stuff left, going to try switching over to Ginger & Peach black tea from Zen Tara – hopefully it will be equally as awesome!
nice and smooth :)
This tea smells like a bouquet of roses, and tastes even better – the rose flavor is light, yet pronounced – changing as it passes over your tongue and coming out strongest on the backend. Refreshing and smooth … I want to bathe in this tea …
Quite possibly my favorite green tea thus far – it’s perfectly delicate, smooth and light, with a very yummy sweetness that reminds me of honey, but not quite.
Still one of my favorite breakfast teas – perfectly balanced!

light and refreshing – but not as flavorful as other jasmine teas I’ve had, or other jasmine pearls for that matter
getting ready to do some work.. perfect wake up and go tea
still one of my favorites – sweet and simple!
2nd steep, still awesome, not bitter, picking up more of a spiced aspect.
At this point, I’m feeling a slight caffeine boost from steep #1, but not as much as I have when previously drinking Jasmine #12. A good thing. And thus, I will assume that over-steeping = over-caffeinating.
