This was a fine Ceylon tea, with a bit of astringency on the tip of my tongue. I enjoyed it and agree with MF that it is an excellent daytime tea.

An excellent daytime tea
Measure out 2.5 g of tea
for 20 cl of pure, filtered waterBring the water to a simmer (about 95° C)
and let the tea infuse for 5 minutes
