From Pukka

“Three Tulsi tea. Tulsi is often referred to as ‘The Sacred Herb’ or ‘Holy Basil’ due to its potential to lift your spirits. Three delicious varieties of tulsi leaf have been used to create an intriguingly fresh and zesty blend.
Naturally caffeine free, 100% organically grown and ethically sourced, we hope this is the best tusli tea you will ever taste. " (Source: pukkaherbs.com)

I feel like I’ve had a lot of tulsi teas lately; at this was probably my least favourite as of late. Despite having the trio of different tulsi varieties in the blend it still tasted kind of flat and watery. In that vein of being stale, maybe?

I have to admit I’m not a huge fan of tulsi – I’m drinking this because I have only 1 bag, so it qualifies as a sipdown.

As tulsi teas go, it’s not bad – the flavour is smoother than others I’ve tried. And I really do appreciate having caffeine-free options in my cupboard. But, easy sipdowns are easy sipdowns!

Thanks to Jude for sending me this in a swap.
