On a cool spring night in 1965, John Lennon ascended the staircase of Abbey Road studio to marvel at the stars. Away from the cacophony of cymbal strikes and sitars, a moment’s peace was found. A recipe for a good night’s sleep from Mr Moonlight himself, with lemongrass, tangy rosehips and soft notes of chamomile. Fill a cup to the brim, sip slowly, and gaze out the window at the shimmering sky.
