Casey’s stomach was unsettled last night, so I decided to make this because it has some ginger in it. I don’t know if ginger has actually been proven to work at helping people’s stomachs or if it’s BS, but I also figured this would be less harsh on his stomach than the black teas we usually drink in the evenings, anyway.

I am bumping up the rating because I liked it much more than the first time I had it. I think it was the fact that I didn’t smell the wet leaves this time. The wet leaves smell very vegetal and smelling them makes those aromas stick out to me.

Alright…it goes against my snooty nature, but I want some of this.

If you’d like me to send you some, just message me. I buy way more tea than I can drink. :-)

Tea means so many things to me, it is so deep and it is revealing new meaning to me all the time.

Tea is a mindfulness practice, and a doorway through which to explore different philosophies, cultures, and historical times. Tea is hospitality and a way of communion. Tea is an art, a ritual, and a tradition. Tea is a complement to the foods I eat (preferably vegan desserts) and is something I enjoy collecting and curating.

I love to swap, or even just send people samples, so if there’s anything in my cupboard you’d like to try, just send me a message!
