This is a sample I received that I wanted to wait in the morning to try.
I was a bit scared because I’ve stopped all caffeine in the past few months, but alright:

This is a very mild/simple coffee bean that tastes round. Added is the taste of white chocolate and almonds (and I can’t believe how much you can taste them. This is one of my favorite combinaisons in pastry!) And a woody aftertaste that does not bother me at all.

Now can this replace a white chocolate mocha? This screams for experimentations.
I should add that I cheated with this one and added agave and almond milk shrug :)
