Not overly flavorful, but good enough to steep once in a while.

Not very pleasant tasting. Although made to please coffee lovers, it doesn’t do it justice and is terribly bitter.

This one smells really nice, but the flavor is not there and not noticeable in my opinion. Its just another green tea (I think? I feel like it could be herbal) and I’m glad I only got 20g of it..

Preparation
185 °F / 85 °C 4 min, 45 sec 2 tsp 17 OZ / 500 ML

drank Mango Diablo by DAVIDsTEA

Yummy! I tried this the other day and loved it. I’m really one for spicy teas so this was perfect. It left a burning aftertaste which I truly enjoyed. The spice balance with the slight hint of mango was amazing. It’s probably even better than (and hotter than) Hot Lips which is one of my two favorites!

Preparation
190 °F / 87 °C 5 min, 30 sec 1 tsp 12 OZ / 350 ML

Not very pleasant. I found it very similar to Cold 911- but without the mint taste. I also didn’t detect much flavor.

Preparation
190 °F / 87 °C 6 min, 0 sec 2 tsp 17 OZ / 500 ML

Absolutely disgusting. This is probably the worst tea I have ever bought from DavidsTea- the scent and flavor is gross.

Preparation
180 °F / 82 °C 4 min, 30 sec 2 tsp 17 OZ / 500 ML

A decent tea. It reminds me of Glitter and Gold a lot, with much of the same taste and scent. I think I’ll have to try this one again to be reminded of the flavor, its been a while.

Preparation
Boiling 6 min, 45 sec

Bio

Hi there! My name is Lauren and I’m an avid fan of tea and Murdoch Mysteries, hence the username and this website. I discovered DavidsTea just after summer 2012 and have been hooked ever since. Whenever I go into the store, I ALWAYS buy something, and I always try a new cup of tea every time, just to try something new and see if I like it or not.
My favorite types of tea are herbal and black. I tend to not go for rooibos or green, although there are some exceptions. I also have never liked chocolate, so I don’t try any chocolate teas, although we own many because my family likes chocolate tea sometimes. (that’s why they’re in my cupboard)
Just here to leave my reviews on tea :) hope to see you around!
