Sipdown as i’m having another run through of this tea today! The last remaining bit will be given to a friend of mine that is starting to get into tea.

mmm having a cup of this courtesy of my dear friend in Florida. I am enjoying this one quite a bit this morning. Hoping for a few sipdowns today but we’ll see how things go. May just dig into my reserve club teas today sicne i’m on my own to putter around the house :)

Sipdown! Trying this cold brewed today and letting the last remainder of this go to a better home. Mostly just want to let others try this as well in case they fall in love with it. I think i prefer this iced as the jasmine and lichee seem better balanced than when it was hot.

Another sample sent by my friend in florida. :) Love her to death for passing off a few teas to me, since most of them are not teas i would normally purchase for myself. This way i’m getting to step outside my comfort zone and try things that she enjoys.

I’ve enjoyed the one lychee tea that i’ve tried so i figured even with the jasmine this one had a decent chance of being something i’d enjoy at least a bit. I was right, though i could certainly do without the jasmine. I’ve got at least a few more cups of this left, so i’ll be trying this as a cold brew for sure. I want to see if that brings out more of the lichee or lets the jasmine take the dominant position.

As a hot brew, this is mostly lichee with a splash of jasmine that comes out more through each sip.

Mmmm having a cup of this tonight while I watch friends play video games. I can’t play them for crap but I do love the story lines :)

I can’t recall if this was a sample from kittenna or a purchase but I am enjoying tasting this green. Greens aren’t my tea of choice but I can appreciate a nice green when I have it.

This is a tasty tea. I think i’m just too tired to write a tasting note that talks about the tea haha

mmmm this is a pretty tasty cold brew. Nothing i feel the need to really repurchase but i can see this being a pretty good tea in the summer. looking forward to more of it when it gets hotter outside!

I’m not sure how i feel about this tea yet so forgive the small tasting note. I just wanted to track drinking it so that i can come back to this after i’m finished with it. It’s in my travel mug today so it’s still too hot to drink :)

Edit: guess i accidentally hit a rating…for sure didn’t mean to yet but i’ll let it stand for now since it’s pretty tasty at the moment.

Mmmmm I think I need to do a side by side of this one with the version from majesteas that I have. I think? I like their version better but I can’t tell for sure. Received this from my dearest friend in Florida – she sent me a few of her favs to try out. Really glad to try another version of this tea, since its one that I enjoy quite a bit (as long as I drink it hot lol)

SIPDOWN! mostly because i am an awesome person…yes that’s me tooting my own horn toot! toot! haha. I picked up a sample of this ages ago but hadn’t gotten around to trying it. In the meantime Indigobloom has been trying to purchase a sample of this for eons. It’s been sold out for a while so this weekend, in preparation for our uber swap/board game extravaganza at my place (anyone in toronto area is welcome! lol) I totally opened it to drink some, and before even trying it, packed the rest away for IB.

I’ve got to say, this is a fantastic blend! I’m looking forward to other steeps but this initial steep is great. MMMMM! I can’t even begin to explain.

I love the spiciness in this blend. The ginger brings a really nice balance to the peppercorn.

Edit: Lots of really tasty re-steeps out of this one. the spicy is just becoming more blended and delicious :)

Final uber secret sample from stacy. lol Yes i’m having fun doing this, though mostly it saves poor stacy getting a ton of emails from me to give her feedback AND maybe sparks some interest in the rest of the world for her secret concoctions.

I have to say on this last one Stacy…WANT! I didn’t get much of the non red flavour in the first steep that i had but the red flavour is what makes me super excited about the rest of the sample bag of this one. I also don’t usually like non black flavoured teas as much but this one hits the spot. It might be worth having this on the website someday…or a blend similar to it. Just saying :)
